#medicine使用搭配方法#

1. 表示吃药或服药，通常用 take。如：

This medicine is to be taken hourly. 这药每小时服一次。

Shake the bottle before taking the . 服药前先将药瓶摇一摇。

但如果是水剂药，也可以用动词drink，如下面两句均引自《牛津高阶英语词典》：

You have to water down the medicine before drinking it. 你得把这种药加水稀释后再服用。

I know the medicine tastes nasty, but drink it down. 我知道药味很苦，不过还是一口灌下去吧。

 

2. 表示“治……的药”，通常后接 for。如：

It's a good medicine for cough. 这是一种治咳嗽的良药。

There's no medicine for curing a fool. 没有治傻瓜的药。

有时可直接受相关的修饰。如：

This cough medicine tastes nice but it doesn't do much good. 这咳嗽药不难吃，但作用不大。
