1. Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings;安排和协调会议;2. Responsible for staff communication, activities and annual meeting.负责员工沟通,活动,年会;3. Responsible for editing the general manager's work schedule;负责编辑总经理工作日程表;4. Responsible for the company's important guests, reception and a series of business activities;负责公司重要客人接待等一系列商务活动;5. Responsible for the translation of documentation and data;负责文件资料翻译;6. To be responsible for the management of official vehicles and official seals;负责公务车管理和公章管理;7. Responsible for implementing the overall procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment,delivery,cost and so on.负责执行全部流程和与QCDP、安全相关的运营指示;8. Complete other task assigned by manager完成上级交代的其他任务;任职条件
1. Bachelor degree or above; English, major in business administration. 本科学历以上;英语,工商管理类或理工科专业。2. 1 year experience in manufacturing industry as assistant,automotive is preferred 1年同等岗位经验;优秀应届毕业生也可。3. Microsoft Office Professional 办公软件熟练4. Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills; 超强管理人的技能,人际和沟通技能;5. Ability to work in a matrix organization; 团队合作能力;6.
