Essential responsibilities and duties 

 

He/she assists the General Manager in the various important administrative and business activities required for the proper functioning of the assigned unit.
他/她协助总经理处理合资公司运营业务所需的行政和业务活动。
The main missions of the role are 

 

1. Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings;
安排和协调会议;
2. Responsible for staff communication, activities and annual meeting.
负责员工沟通,活动,年会;
3. Responsible for editing the general manager's work schedule;
负责编辑总经理工作日程表;
4. Responsible for the company's important guests, reception and a series of business activities;
负责公司重要客人接待等一系列商务活动;
5. Responsible for the translation of documentation and data;
负责文件资料翻译;
6. To be responsible for the management of official vehicles and official seals;
负责公务车管理和公章管理;
7. Responsible for implementing the overall procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment,delivery,cost and so on.
负责执行全部流程和与QCDP、安全相关的运营指示;
8. Complete other task assigned by manager
完成上级交代的其他任务;
任职条件

 

1. Bachelor degree or above; English, major in business administration. 
本科学历以上;英语,工商管理类或理工科专业。
2. 1 year experience in manufacturing industry as assistant,automotive is preferred 
1年同等岗位经验;优秀应届毕业生也可。
3. Microsoft Office Professional 
办公软件熟练
4. Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills; 
超强管理人的技能,人际和沟通技能;
5. Ability to work in a matrix organization; 
团队合作能力;
6. Time/Priority Management
