stay的语法

stay这个词的用法辨析如下：

1.做不及物动词：待，停留 

   I want to stay in bed for one or two days because I feel tired these days. 我想卧床休息一两天因为最开心你感到很累。

2.做系动词：保持某种状态

This supermaket stays open twenty-four hours,so let's go fishing first ,then we can buy things together in it.这个超市24小时营业,因此我们先去钓鱼，然后再去超市买东西。

3.(做客时)暂住，留宿

You can stay at a hotel when you are travelling.当你旅游时，可以在酒店暂住。

4.常用固定搭配如下：

stay away from:远离

We should stay away from bad habits.我们应该远离坏习惯。

stay up :熬夜

Don't stay up too late,or you will fell sleepy in class.不要熬夜太晚，否则在课堂上你会感到很困。

stay out:待在户外，夜不归宿

If you stay out too late,your parents will worry about you.如果太晚了你还待在外面，你父母会担心的。

stay on:留下来继续(工作或者学习)

Stay on the job untill you succeed in doing it.继续工作直到你能成功的完成它。
