Examples:

1）Lucy greeted me at the door. 

      露西在门口迎接的我。

2）My parents greeted all the guests                warmly. 我父母热情的接待了所有客           人。

2.greet sb with sth 向某人打招呼/问好。

Examples:

She greet us with a smile. 

她微笑着向我们打招呼。
