职位描述

1、与产品经理、研发、设计等相关业务方紧密协作，独立负责设计并输出飞书产品的中英文案；

2、制定并持续完善产品文案撰写规范，为产品界面文案的最终用户体验负责；

3、主导团队内部的项目管理，以及跨部门的项目沟通，及时发现和跟进解决问题，以保证项目顺利推进；

4、关注用户反馈，分析、决策并推进落地内容策略，与相关团队持续提升产品整体的内容体验；

5、了解飞书并熟练使用飞书者优先。

1. Set guidelines, examples and editorial strategies for the voice and style of all the content; 2. Design and create effective content that helps explain core features of a SaaS product; 3. Proofread and edit English pieces before publication for the product's global audience; 4. Monitor customers' feedback to identify gaps in the content and recommend new content ideas; 5. Make decisions based on data analysis to meet customers' needs and build trust with them; 6. Coordinate with product managers and design teams to deliver effective content strategies.

2、对文字敏感，对语言、产品设计、用户体验、对写作有热爱；

4、思维缜密，信息架构能力强，有高效口头和文字沟通技巧；

1. Excellent writing and editing skills; experience as an English journalist, editor or UX writer is a plus; 2. Years of relevant experience in creating and editing content with a strong ability to empathize with users, and possesses a mindset for user experience and design thinking. 3. Great communication skills in both Chinese and English to present ideas clearly and effectively; 4. Experience in project management is a plus, with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects and strong problem-solving skills; 5. Proven ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements.

1.Translate and proofread materials and documents for company level projects. Provide simultaneous interpreting support to ensure efficient communication among our global teams;

2. Participate in English training projects within the company, provide English knowledge and skills for individuals or teams that have needs for global businesses;

3. Support technology or product-related research in relevant fields and set up term banks to facilitate the development of our business lines;

4. Help promote cross-cultural awareness within/beyond the team and establish an accommodating global working environment.

职位要求

1、熟练掌握英语作为工作语言，具备1年及以上翻译与口译工作经验；

2、有一定的跨文化意识，并能够将其转化为日常工作中的实践；

3、学习能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；

4、了解互联网、科技行业的知识；有技术翻译经验者优先，海外留学或工作经验者优先。

1. Proficiency in English as a working language; 1+ year of experience in translation&interpreting; 2. Adequate cross-cultural awareness, and ability to translate it to practice in daily work; 3. A strong learner; able to adapt to a fast-speed working environment; 4. Knowledge of the Internet/tech sector; experience in technology translation preferred, international education background/working experience a plus.
