油漆
1) General
概要
(1) Application schedule of painting, to be in accordance with the Builder's building schedule.
油漆使用期限,油漆应在规定的日期内进行施工。
(2) Painting to be executed properly by airless spray, air spray, hand brush and/or roller in accordance with the Builder's practice which is complied with maker's recommendation.
采用油漆喷涂工具,喷涂油漆时使用的毛刷和滚筒应符合施工人员,实际操作应遵循的生产厂家的施工说明要求。
(3) Mixing, thinning and pot life of paint material and interval of painting to be in accordance with the paint maker's recommendation.
配料混合,稀释剂和油漆桶的存放要符合油漆生产厂家的要求
(4)Film thickness specified in this section to show the dry film thickness.
漆膜厚度参照油漆说明书上指定部位,达到所规定的干膜厚度.
Total dry film thickness to be measured for outside shell, water ballast tank and fresh water tank, as well as cargo hold and void space (pipe passage & pipe duct).
Total dry film thickness of the above area to be kept for 85 % measured points, and at least 85 % of the total dry film thickness to be kept for the remainder (15 %) measured points except the plate edges etc. (several points per abt. 1 m2 depending on the place)
Measuring points for cargo hold and void space (pipe passage & pipe duct) to be in accordance with the Builder's practice.
测量总干膜厚度应根据标准,要求外壳,水压舱和空气压舱和货舱,空舱(管道和排泄管)等部位在测点中有85%达到规定的总干膜厚度,其余15%除了钢板的边缘。(每1 m2的至少有几个测点接近这个标准)货舱,空舱(管道通路和排泄管)的测量点要求在实际施工必须与的实际测量出的要求相符。
(5)Environmental condition for painting to be satisfied with the paint maker's recommendation.

(6) Aluminized part, chromium plates parts, copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic, glass, rubber, etc. not to be painted except otherwise specified.
对于镀锌材料,镀铬的金属板部分,铜,黄铜,铝,不锈钢,塑胶,玻璃,橡胶等材料均不需涂装。
(7) Inside of steel pipe, and the under surface of doubling plate not to be painted. Internals of deck drains and scupper pipes to be galvanized.
内部的钢管,双层夹板的夹面不要刷漆,内部的排水板和排水孔要求镀锌
(8) Painting scheme including paint color to be submitted to the Owner.
油漆的配置包括颜色需船东认可
(9) The color of deck machinery and equipment to be of MUNSELL symbol 7.5 BG 7/2 in general.
一般了来说船体装饰的颜色和器材要根据色卡7.5 BG 7/2常规标准执行。
2) Treatment of steel surface
钢材表面预处理
(1) Before application of shop primer
在预涂保养底漆之前
The surface of steel plates and section bars of 6 mm thickness and above, constructing shell & weather part except small pieces, to be shot-blasted at steel mill.
Finish of shot-blasted surface to be SIS Sa-2.5.
需先对钢板表面和6mm以上厚的钢板,型材、露天小构件等,进行进行喷砂抛丸除锈,表面除锈级别到SIS Sa2.5级.
Surface of steel plates and section bars other than above-mentioned ones not to be shot blasted to be cleaned by disc sander and/or wire brush, and satisfied with paint maker's inspector and the Owner.
钢板表面和部分构件没喷射到的部位或被烧伤破坏的区域,需使用钢丝刷,砂棱机进行手工除锈,至到船东和检验员检验合格为止。
Just after the shot-blast, one coat of the shop primer to be laid on the shot-blasted surface at steel mill in order to prevent the surface from re-rusting. (Shop primer to be of inorganic zinc silicate type and to be approved by the paint maker.)
The thickness and quality of the shop primer to be in accordance with the maker's standard, and the shop primer to be compatible with subsequent paint system.
经表面预处理后的钢板应及时喷涂车间底漆,防止生锈(车间底漆选用经船东认可并检验合板后的无机硅酸锌底漆)采用的车间底漆必须是检验合格的产品,并与后期涂刷的油漆配套。
(2) Before application of first coat
涂刷第一度底漆之前
Before the first coat is applied, damaged area of shop primer due to burning, welding and mechanical reason, to be cleaned by disc sander and/or power brush.
As for the application of power tool, refer to page H2-4.
The areas after treatment to be coated with the first coat before re-rusting occurs.
在涂刷第一度底漆时,在施工过程中局部破坏,焊接被烧伤,及火工校正等原因造成
车间底漆的被损坏的区域,需进行机械除锈,除锈级别可参照标准H2-4页
被处理的区域,应立即涂上一层保养底漆防止再次生锈.
One (1) stripe coat before coating to be applied for the area mentioned hereinafter to be carried out in accordance with the Builder's standard.
When first coat cannot be applied immediately after the treatment for the reason of building schedule, etc., shop primer to be applied to prevent the area from re-rusting.
做第一度底漆前,所选用的油漆应与涂装区域底漆预处理的油漆配套。
当第一度面漆在建造过程中不能按规定时间及时涂装时,应立即做防锈保养漆防止钢板再次生锈。
(3) Touch-up just after welding at assembly shop and erection shop
Welding bead may be cleaned and coated with zinc epoxy primer for rust prevention, which to be compatible with subsequent paint system.
分段结构应在焊接完成之后,进行整体喷砂除锈,彻底清除表面焊渣后立即涂上一层硅酸锌保养底漆,所用底漆必须与后涂油漆配套。
(4) Before pressure test of hull structure
船体结构压力试验之前
Welding bead of butts & seams will be cleaned and coated with zinc epoxy primer for rust prevention, subject to acceptance of the Classification Society.
对于焊缝及接缝处要求打磨清除干净后并涂上硅酸锌防锈车间底漆,需经船级社检验认可。
(5) After application
使用之后
After specified coating is applied, damages in paint film to be repaired at proper time.
Where damage reaches steel surface and rust occurs, the surface to be cleaned by wire brush and/or disc sander and to be coated with specified paints.
Where damage does not reach steel surface, the surface to be touched up with appropriate coating to specified film thickness. The edge of damaged area to be smoothed.
最后一度面漆按说明书规定实施,油漆被损坏区域应进行修补,由于被油漆破坏的区域,钢板表面出现的锈迹,应重新采用钢丝刷或磨砂机进行第二次除锈,除锈后将钢板表面清洁干净后并除上指定的油漆。
