但是健身有价,健康的身体却是无价的。所以,我正在想办法改变这种颓废懒惰的生活状态!

01.
去健身房

hit the gym

  • I've been hitting the gym. Can you see any difference?.

    我最近都在去健身房,你有没有看出什么不同?


  • As more people work longer hours in the office, they have less time to hit the gym for some desperately needed exercise.

    越来越多的人工作时间延长,他们去健身房进行必须锻炼的时间也越来越少。
