表达“突然想到…，脑中浮现出…”
occur 出现，发生；想到，想起
例： It simply didn't occur to managers that the proper thing to do was to distrust people. 经理们从没想过不相信别人是正常的。

可以用否定形式

来表达“毫无头绪；一无所知”

由此引申表达由于恐惧、厌恶等而起鸡皮疙瘩、毛发直竖
