根据澳大利亚政府教育、就业形势分析网站-Job outlook，Secondary School Teachers 中学教师这个职位在未来的五年会稳定增长，从2018年的138300增长到2023年的148100个。工作的缺口主要来自新的岗位创建和老员工离职或者退休。在未来的五年，大概有71000个职位空缺。（每年差不多有14200个）。

要读受Aitsl认证的bachelor of Education (secondary )。如果有本科学历，可以根据以前的学习经历，申请Master of Teaching (Secondary) 中学教育教学硕士。

同学们，从中学教育专业毕业后，做教师注册和职业评估需要什么条件呢?
1）四年制的教育硕士学位或者更高；
2）在中学课程实习至少45个工作日；
3）英语要求：不接受PTE、托福等其他形式的英文测试成绩，雅思A类需读、写（7分），听、说（8分）；
如何绕开雅思8877，达到教师注册和职业评估目的？
根据澳大利亚教师协会给出的注册英语要求：
1）在英语国家完成四年制高等教育可以豁免语言，这些国家有：澳大利亚、加拿大、爱尔兰、新西兰、英国或者美国等国家；
2）英语要达到雅思A类总分8分，读、写（7分），听、说（8分）；
那么，根据以上的要求：
1.在澳洲选择读Bachelor of Education (Secondary)四年制的本科课程，完成课程后，注册教师注册时，可以豁免语言。
2.如果本科在澳洲读的非中学教育专业的同学，想移民，硕士读中学教育教学硕士的同学，本科（3年/4年）+硕士（2年），那么也是可以豁免语言的。
3.如果硕士在澳洲读的非中学教教育专业，想移民，再申请中学教育教学硕士的同学，硕士（2年）+硕士（2年），也是可以豁免语言条件的。例如我们有同学，读的金融硕士，再读一个中学教育教学硕士。
4.也有的同学，本科或者硕士，在以上英语国家读的，再来澳洲读一个本科或者硕士（中学教育），满足四年条件，毕业后，也是可以豁免语言的。

中学教师注册语言要求
中学教育本科或者硕士毕业后，怎么移民澳洲呢？
学生毕业后，可以通过241411 Secondary School Teacher这个职位移民澳洲，职业评估机构是AITSL. Secondary School Teacher, 这个职业是独立技术移民职业，同学们可以通过189独立技术移民，或者190州担保、491偏远地区移民。

关于移民配额，是否充足？
移民配额，相当充足，（2019年-2020年），这个年度期间，澳洲移民局发放了8052个名额给中学教师这个职业，截止到11/04/2020年，只邀请了61个人。因此，同学们，不用担心名额不足。这个职业，移民澳洲的关键点，就是你的英语是否能够达到要求。英语好的同学，强烈建议可以读这个专业来移民，相对别的专业来说，竞争少。或者，参考以上如何绕开雅思A类8877移民方式移民，走捷径，也是非常可取的。

1.关于申请中学教育硕士，每个大学对于之前你的本科所选科目是否能满足你所申请大学的两个教学领域非常严谨。同学们，对自己是否能满足其条件，可以参考官网的标准。如果不能满足，也可以补一些网课，去满足大学的要求。同学们，对于自己是否能满足，不能确定的，也可以发成绩单，给Merry老师看看，我给你们做一个评估。
2.移民时，现在走独立技术移民分数，水涨船高了，一般要达到85-90分，才有希望。大家可以算算自己的分数，如果分数不够的同学，建议选择偏远地区的学校。
3.如果是那种想既要读名校，又想顺带移民，移民不成功，返回中国就业的同学，那就建议读名校了或者考虑西澳大学、阿德莱德大学，既是八大名校，又有偏远地区加分。毕竟，中学教育，也是一个中澳通吃的职业。
