BeefWellington(惠灵顿牛排)
Wellington Beef is one of the most traditional English cuisine made of beef coated with foie gras (or duck liver) and baked with pastry. It is said that the dish was named after the Duke of Wellington and commonly known as "crispy baked beef fillet".Use Superior beef fillet and fry it in high heat and make it colored.According to legend that steak Wellington was first served at a victory party after the Battle of Waterloo. When Britain's Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, his chef made this special dish to welcome him home.

Shepherd'sPie(牧羊人派)
Shepherd's Pie,also known as Cottage Pie, is a type of meat pie, originally from England, topped with mashed potato. There are many variations of shepherd's pie, but the main ingredients are ground red meat cooked in gravy or onion sauce and some mashed potatoes. Sometimes other vegetables are added, such as peas, sweet corn, parsley or carrots. It is also sometimes served with grated cheese. The term shepherd's pie didn't appear until 1854.

Fish and chips is a hot food originating from Britain. Fish is fried in batter, served with French fries, and eaten with different flavoured sauces. It is a street food. Fish and chips is a common takeaway food and an early example of fusion cuisine. Joseph Malin, a Jewish boy, invented fish and chips on the streets of London's East End in 1860. In Britain in 1910 there were more than 25,000 fish and chip shops, and by the 1920s there were more than 35,000. Prime Minister Winston Churchill called fish and chips "good company", John Lennon served them with plenty of ketchup and George Orwell called them "an important home dish" for the working class.
