该如何作答？

自我介绍是我们在面试中一定会遇到的经典问题。面试前的自我介绍非常重要，简短几分钟的自我介绍中，能树立你在面试官心里的第一印象。

下面我们就来一起看看，英国自我介绍怎么答，才能让面试官对你疯狂加分！！

好的自我介绍要在一到一分半钟之内把自己经历中最精华的部分传递给面试官，同时注意对应职位描述中要求的关键技能。

比如:l advised a diverse portfolio of clients on both operational and strategic projects这句话中的"diverse portfolio of”和"both operational and strategic”。

也可以通过巧用形容词来实现，比如 effective communication中的effective。

关注面试回答中的用词，比如 in addition to, I'm also experienced, in my role, I've had the opportunity等可以让你的表达更自然，逻辑更连贯。

不要把自己的优势和亮点生硬的直接传递给面试官，可以通过“做了什么..实现了什么目标”这种句式自然融入自己的技能和优势，结合具体实例来证实。

面试问题：Can you tell me a little bit about yourself？（用咨询行业举例）

面试回答解析：Sure，Igraduated from ABC University with a business major, which equipped me with a solid theoretical foundatior and critical thinking abilities required to excel in a career in consulting.（在这里不仅仅说教育背景，同样需要强调自己通过学业获取了知识和能力储备。对于experienced hire来说这一段可以省略）

I am currently working as a consultant（从最近的一段经历说起）with Deloitte where l advised a diverse portfolio ofclients on both operational and strategic projects（high leve/概括自己做的事情）

In addition to developing a good understanding about consulting frameworks, approach, and workflow, I'm also experienced with performing business also experienced with performing business analysis to identify challenges foced by clients and provide recommendations to drive decision makings.

（用两到三句话提炼自己的technicalskills，注意加粗的部分是让表达更加完整和让面试官印象更深刻，突出你用technical skills完成了什么目的，有什么impact）

In my role,I've had the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to provide high quality deliverables through effective communication.

（自然过渡到soft skill的部分，主要的soft skill有团队合作能力，沟通能力和多项目管理能力。注意这里其实是通过描述自己的职责巧妙地体现soft skills，很多人喜欢直接说Ihave good communication skills/teamwork skills，这样的话难免显得单薄，也缺乏说服力）

Prior to Deloitte. I've also worked for XXX companv where J owned financial reporting and budgeting,as well as partnering with business teams to understand pain points,provide insights and drive results through financial analysis and model creation（更早的经历应该尽量简练，主要作用是补充上一段没有提及的核心职责和技能）

I value this opportunity to join your company and leverage the platform to further advance my career.（这句话可以套用）

I am also confident that given my comprehensive experience in both corporate and client service capacity（提及自己独特的优势-同时在甲方和乙方工作过）
