加拿大签证申请：在英国如何贴签

申请加拿大签证，在英国贴签：

 

最近，我们给一对在英国的母子（Rosemary 和Jason）申请加拿大签证，母亲在当地录指纹，孩子小于14周岁不需要录指纹。

 

在最后贴签的环节，Rosemary咨询并且接到了加拿大签证申请中心的相关指导与说明。我们梳理了相关的环节，写了相关指导发给学生家长，虽然其中有一些波折，但还是比较顺利地快速的完成张贴签证的环节，现在我们把当初的说明整理一下给大家参考，如果后续有在英国需要贴签的，则可以考虑参考如下的文章。

主要流程包括：

 

• 在线支付相关费用
• 把全部的资料都准备好
• 给加拿大签证申请中心（伦敦）发函，提供付费凭证等
• 加拿大签证申请中心下单，单据通过邮件发给申请人，快递公司上门取件
• 加拿大签证申请中心接到文件转到使领馆贴签
• 使领馆把贴签好的护照转到加拿大签证申请中心，快递公司取件并发送
• 快递公司送件到家

 

注：如果是2个案子同时贴签，建议用不同的邮件发函联系贴签，如果把付款、发邮件，发快递、收快递等环节都绑定，则会很麻烦。文件到加拿大签证中心以后自然是分2个文件发去使领馆贴签。

 

Jason在英国的贴签说明

 

• Your original Passport orcopy of your passport (please check what is required in your Passport RequestLetter) ; 

• The Passport RequestLetter and documents required in it.

• VFS Consent Form – signedand duly completed for the authorized courier company (attached).

• Payment confirmation forService charges:

  
  

• 护照原件

• 贴签信 original passport request

• VFS同意书

• 付款凭据（如果是网银，则截图打印；如果是网点汇款则提供单据的复印件）

• 加入一个地址标签，便于联系

 

如果自己选择到快递点亲自发快递 (DHL, Royal Mail, UPS, etc.). 

（这个方法类似于我们在北京的贴签，就是发个快递给加拿大签证申请中心，我们支付去程的快递费。加拿大签证申请中心（北京）接到文件以后，转往使馆贴签，等护照回到签证申请中心，中心联系EMS取件，发给申请人）

 

需要支付回邮的快递费：18.35GBP

文件传递费（也就是加拿大签证申请中心的服务费）： 16.15GBP （已经录指纹，这个费用免费，但是需要在护照封底有那个白色的带条码的生物识别信息码，如果没有，则需要支付这个费用）

 

Jason没有录指纹，因此需要支付合计：18.35 GBP +16.15 GBP=34.50 GBP

 

汇款信息：

Feescan be paid by bank transfer in favour of “VF Services UK Ltd Canadian Embassy” and fees must be in GBP only.

我建议选择如下的模式，也就是快递公司上门提取的方式，之后贴签完成之后快递公司送回来

 

区别在于快递费为：

30.60GBP  + 文件传递费： 16.15GBP

合计46.75 GBP

如果选择往返都是快递上门的方式，则需要把汇款凭证发邮件给加拿大签证申请中心，同时包含如下信息：

  2. The Passport Request Letter and documents required in it.
  3. VFS Consent Form – signed and duly completed for the authorizedcourier company (attached).
  4. Payment confirmation for Service charges:

 

One-way courier

For One-way courier:

Dueto the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak, all passports will only be returned using thecourier services offered by the Visa Application Centre.

TheVisa Application Centre is offering courier services at a discount of 10% onthe courier prices listed in the pricing table on this website. This discountedrate will only be available from 27 Jul 2020 until further notice during whichtime, the 10% discounted price for courier services will be 18.35 GBP (withinUK) and 74.00 GBP (outside UK).

Package transmissionfee (if applicable per each applicant) – 16.15 GBP.

Packagetransmission fee is applicable if you have not providedbiometrics for this application at Canada Visa Application Centre, London. Ifyou have provided biometrics there will be a white sticker attached to the backof your passport. In the event if you not having that evidence that thebiometrics were provided at the London center, you need to pay 16.15 GBP aspackage transmission fee (service charge) on top of your courier fee.

All passports will also only be returned using the courierservices offered by the Visa Application Centre.

 

The Visa Application Centre is offering courier services at adiscount of 10% on the courier prices listed in the pricing table on thiswebsite. This discounted rate will only be available from 27 Jul 2020 untilfurther notice during which time, the 10% discounted price for courier serviceswill be 30.60 GBP (within UK).
