“双减”政策性下英语学习的“举一反三”与“举五归一”

最近读到了下面一段话,结合现在的“双减”背景,让我对教学中的如何切实减轻学生负担,提高学习效率有了更深的思考。原文如下:
 
教师对教学活动的作用主要在组织、引导和转化方面。比如,教师执教“液体的热胀冷缩”时——教师拿着一瓶橘子水走进教室,想办法把学生的注意力引到教学活动中,这就是“组织”;教师用手指比画瓶子上方的空余之处,让学生发现这瓶橘子水为什么没装满,这就是“引导”。这两点很容易做到,但许多教师往往忽视“转化”这一过程。
教师让学生做了一道题、两道题、三道题……是否教出了共通性、可迁移的知识?如果没有,学生即使再做10道题,只要题目略有不同,依然无从下手。优秀的教师能够让学生举一反三,而水平低的教师可能举十都不能归一,反而不得不布置更多习题,这也是学生学业负担重的原因之一。(--陈大伟,成都大学师范学院
