“双减”政策性下英语学习的“举一反三”与“举五归一”

最近读到了下面一段话，结合现在的“双减”背景，让我对教学中的如何切实减轻学生负担，提高学习效率有了更深的思考。原文如下：

 

教师对教学活动的作用主要在组织、引导和转化方面。比如，教师执教“液体的热胀冷缩”时——教师拿着一瓶橘子水走进教室，想办法把学生的注意力引到教学活动中，这就是“组织”；教师用手指比画瓶子上方的空余之处，让学生发现这瓶橘子水为什么没装满，这就是“引导”。这两点很容易做到，但许多教师往往忽视“转化”这一过程。

教师让学生做了一道题、两道题、三道题……是否教出了共通性、可迁移的知识？如果没有，学生即使再做10道题，只要题目略有不同，依然无从下手。优秀的教师能够让学生举一反三，而水平低的教师可能举十都不能归一，反而不得不布置更多习题，这也是学生学业负担重的原因之一。（--陈大伟，成都大学师范学院）

那么，教学中我们如何才能成为高手教师，让学生达到“举一反三”，或者退一步讲，让学生达到“举五归一”，生成“有效课堂”，或者达成“有效训练”呢？下面以devote为例简单说一下自己的做法。
