阅读理解:细节理解题解题技

今天我们学习阅读理解细节理解题—— 间接信息题关于同义/近义(反义)转换题的解题方法。
近年来高考中的细节理解题已由过去简单的对号入座直接答题转向通过语句的同义/近义或反义转换来考查对英语语言的理解能力。
同义/近义(反义)转换题就是以测试考生间接辨认细节的能力,即检测考生的句意复述能力,具体的要求是为阅读材料中某些词汇,短语及句型等找到正确的英语释义。

高考真题  ( 夹叙夹议文)

“In the 1960s we were all a little wild and couldn’t get away from home far enough and fast enough to prove we could do it on our own.” says Christine Crosby , publisher of Grand magazine for grandparents. “We now realize how importent family is and how important to be near them ,especially when you’re raising children.”

3. What did Crosby say about people in the 1960s?

Once I had a boy worked experimentally with Tinkertoys in his free time . His constructions filled a shelf in the art classroom and a good part of his bedroom at home . I was delighted at the presence of such a student . Here was an exceptionally creative mind at work . His presence meant that I had an unexpected teaching assistant in class whose creativity would infect ( 感染 ) other students.

答案解析:D 细节理解题 根据第三段中的“Here was an exceptionally creative mind at work ”可知,他是一个很有创造力的人,creative 相当于D选项中的 imaginative . 故选D.

When they returned to Rockaway the next day ,they found their neighborhood in ruins . Many of Natalie’s friends had lost their homes and were living far away .All around her ,people were suffering ,especially the elderly . Natalie’s school was so damaged that she had to temporarily attend a school in Brooklyn.
