sure的语法

 

一.作形容词，意为“确信的；肯定的”

1.be sure of/about对……有把握

I'm sure of/about the test.

我对这次考试很有把握。

 

2.make sure “确保；确认；查明”，指将某事弄清楚。

I have made sure that he is honest.

我很清楚他很诚实。

 

be sure对某事或某种情况有把握，常译为“确信”。

I'm sure that he is honest.

我相信他很诚实。

 

有时可互换：

Make/Be sure that you have taken your key when you leave the room.

当你离开房间时，要确保你带了钥匙。

 

3.be/make sure to do sth.都表示"一定要做某事"，make sure通常用于祈使句，be sure则不受此限定。

Make sure to come here on time.

一定要准时来这儿。

Be sure to take good care of the baby.

一定要照顾好宝宝。

I'm sure to come here on time.

我一定准时来这儿。

 

4.be sure of与be sure that可以替换。

I'm sure of success.=I'm sure that I will succeed.

我一定会成功的。

 

 

二.作副词，意为“当然，表示赞同”，相当于of course

- Could you please open the window？

-你能把窗户打开吗？

-Sure.

-当然可以。
