Clinical Trial/Study：

Any investigation in human subjects intended to discover or verify the clinical, pharmacological and/or other pharmacodynamic effects of an investigational product(s), and/or to identify any adverse reactions to an investigational product(s), and/or to study absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of an investigational product(s) with the object of ascertaining its safety and/or efficacy. The terms clinical trial and clinical study are synonymous.

临床试验/研究：是指任何在人体受试者进行的研究，以揭示或者证实试验药物的临床、药理学和/或其他的药代动力学作用，和/或证实试验药物的任何不良反应，和/或研究其吸收、分布、代谢和排泄情况，目的是确定试验药物的安全性和有效性。临床试验和临床研究是同义词。
