近日，有微博网友发文称，江西省上饶市信州区金凤花园小区一住户在酒店隔离期间，其所养的小狗在家中遭身穿防护服的人员持铁棍敲打头部，疑似遭扑杀。
隔离前，该住户经反复确认，其所养的小狗只要拴好，工作人员则只负责消杀工作，不会将小狗带走或处理。但在12日16时40分许，两个身穿防护服的人撬门进入家中想把小狗带走，小狗挣脱绳子，两人便拿着铁棍敲打小狗头部。目前，小狗情况不明。
11月13日，江西上饶市信州区西市街道新冠肺炎疫情防控应急指挥部回应称，经核实，该网民所在小区为防疫封控区，需对居家环境进行全面消杀。社区要求居民前往集中隔离点时不锁门，当防疫人员上门消杀时，发现其家门已锁。
工作人员随即联系辖区民警，在民警的见证下，开门进行消杀。但现场工作人员在未与该网民进行充分沟通的情况下，将宠物狗进行了无害化处理。
目前西市街道办已对相关人员进行了批评教育，调离相应岗位，并责令向当事人诚恳道歉，已取得该网民的谅解，同时，该群众对疫情期间防控措施表示理解。

It yelps as one worker swings at it with a metal bar. Then it is briefly caught in the legs of a table as it flees to another room off camera.

The vague wording of the Xinzhou district government’s statement Saturday, which said workers had “decontaminated” the animal though there was no indication it had been infected with the coronavirus, helped fuel the outcry.
