话题背景：教育部日前印发义务教育课程方案和课程标准（2022年版），其中《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》提出将劳动、信息科技从综合实践活动课程中完全独立出来。科学、综合实践活动起始年级提前至一年级。这就意味着，今秋开学起劳动课将正式成为中小学的一门独立课程。义务教育劳动课程以丰富开放的劳动项目为载体，重点是有目的、有计划地组织学生参加日常生活劳动、生产劳动和服务性劳动，让学生动手实践、出力流汗，接受锻炼、磨炼意志，培养学生正确的劳动价值观和良好的劳动品质。

When it comes to my experiences of labour, making a fruit plate after Tiktok struck me as an unforgettable one. I first collected some kinds of fruit like apples, oranges, strawberries and bananas. Then came the most challenging part, cutting them into the style in the video, which took me about thirty minutes. After that, I shaped them on a plate into a blossoming flower with delicious sauce. To my delight, when I served it to my families, they all spoke highly of it.

No pains, no gains. Through the hands-on experience, not only do I gain a sense of achievement, I also appreciate that labour itself is a kind of enjoyment and a must for our personal growth.

Currently, labor education has been increasingly attached great importance to, but some students just bury themselves in books. They think that it is a waste of time if they do labor. So is it necessary for students to do it?

Actually, time spent laboring will be rewarding. It can promote students to develop practical skills, strong will, unity and cooperation of good quality. Meanwhile, they are also given the chances to contribute their shares and often rewarded with a spiritual fulfillment.

I have frequently been encouraged to actively engage in some housework at home since my early age. Therefore I have grown more skilful and am willing to take my share of obligation either at home or at school. It turns out that pushing ourselves on labor is very beneficial and essential.

Last week, with the coming of the International Workers’ Day, a voluntary labor was launched in Zhongshan Park by our school, which left us students an unforgettable impression.

We first cleared the waste paper and bottles with brooms and mops, and then packed them together. Later, all these were sent to the rubbish bin. Besides, we also watered the flowers and trees and cleaned the long benches in the park. Though we were exhausted, we felt what we did was quite worthwhile.

It is the neat and tidy park that makes me realize we can make a big difference in building a greener future.

To advocate the spirit of social service and voluntary contribution, our school organized all the students to help in Guangming Community last Wednesday.

Each class worked as a group and undertook different tasks such as weeding the flower beds, painting the walls, cleaning the windows in the neighborhoods, and so on. Besides, some students helped the disabled do some repairs, making them live comfortably. Everyone in the community spoke highly of us.

In the course of voluntary work we students experienced much and understood more. Making contributions to society and volunteering to serve the people can benefit us and inspire us to serve our country heart and soul.

On May Day, my classmates and I went to the neighborhood park to do some voluntary work, which was to weed the park.

At 9:00 am. we got together in the park. We were divided into three groups and began to weed. Some students weed with a sickle, some cut it with a shovel, and others even pulled the grass with their hands. While we were doing that, some tourists came to praise us, which made us more than proud. Dirty and tired, all of us were happy very much.

Last week, the student union of our school organized a community labor, and it was my honor to participate in this community labor as one of them.

Under the leadership of the student union, we were divided into different groups to do different jobs. Some cleaned garbage corners of community streets. Some watered the flowers and trees by the roadside. Others were responsible for helping the elderly in the community with housework. Although the task was heavy, everyone worked hard to finish it.

The activity was praised by the residents of the community and we also enjoyed it. We also learned that if each of us puts in a little effort, our community will be a better place.
