1. hassle

eg: My boss has been giving me a lot of hassle this week.

2. grab

这个单词本意是：抓；取；拿；

在口语中经常用到，可以表示to have or take something quickly, especially because you are in a hurry（尤指匆忙地）取，拿，吃，喝

eg: Let's grab a sandwich before we go.

走之前咱们吃个三明治吧。

eg: Grab a cab and get over here.

叫辆出租车过来吧。

eg: Grab a seat. I won't keep you a moment.

坐下吧，我不会耽误你太久的。
